I said about the KFA expierence. But what I said to interviewers was not related to the position that I want to be. I should have said in different way.

"The experience that I had in KFA as a referee was helpful for obeying the rules and making decision precisley. Becasue I want to be a police officer, I should comply with the rules of society and decide problems promptly and precisely. So it was really helpful experience".
